The apartment is situated on the ground floor in a block of 10 apartments. The entrance is shared by three apartments only and has video entry. It comprises a lounge/diner, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and terrace.

For the comfort of all our guests the apartment is no smoking.

Lounge/diner
The lounge area is comfortable and spacious with a large sofa, chair and dining table with four chairs. Double patio doors lead onto the south facing terrace. Facilities include

The large fully equipped kitchen area has numerous cupboards for guests to store food etc. The kitchen equipment comprises

Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms:-

The main bedroom has a double bed, large fitted wardrobe, two bedside tables with lamps and a chest of drawers.

The second bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table with lamp and a wardrobe.

Both bedrooms have patio doors with shutters and air conditioning / heating units.

Terrace
The terrace is south facing and has a large wooden table with chairs. There are also sun loungers and a built in barbecue.
